Developing the communication and brand systems that supported a transition from informal production to a trusted market-facing cosmetics business.
Sukar Cosmetics began as a pharmacist’s personal solution—developing homemade skincare products to address real user needs.
With growing demand and exposure to startup ecosystems, the brand transitioned from informal sales into a structured business offering a range of natural, affordable cosmetics.
As the brand gained visibility, the challenge shifted from product creation to establishing credibility, consistency, and trust across customer touchpoints.
Worked alongside the founder as a long-term strategic advisor, supporting the evolution of Sukar Cosmetics from an informal home-based venture into a recognized consumer brand. My contribution combined communication strategy, brand development, audience engagement, and practical implementation across multiple stages of growth.
While the founder remained the driving force behind the business, I operated as a long-term strategic advisor and hands-on execution partner, helping align communication, brand, and customer experience as the company expanded.
Live hosting and audience interaction
Despite these constraints, the brand maintained continuity, visibility, and customer loyalty.

This project demonstrates my ability to build and evolve brand systems over time—aligning positioning, communication, and community engagement to support sustained business growth under real operational constraints.
